Republicans have held up meaningful student loan reform by running out the clock and demanding we actually increase student loan costs. Now the deadline has passed, and people seeking an education are facing skyrocketing costs.

We need comprehensive reform, but in the meantime, Congress must extend the 3.4% rate for another year.
